About the role
The Sterling Group is a thriving private mental health practice based out of Washington, DC. We specialize in working with young adults as they navigate the challenges and transitions of their personal lives, relationships, and careers. We understand and have personally experienced the unique pressures and demands on students and young professionals in this area, and our mission is to support our clients in creating lives they love to become happy, healthy adults. We are as goal and action-oriented as the individuals we work with and are committed to the highest quality, most innovative care.
We place a high value on our staff and have cultivated a workplace culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and open communication within a structure that encourages work/life balance. We are actively seeking to build an inclusive workplace that reflects and serves our diverse community. Applications from people of color, all genders and backgrounds, and the LGBTQIA+ community are strongly encouraged!
The Sterling Group offers W2 employee positions, and benefits includes paid time off, health insurance, 401k with matching, and training reimbursement. Therapists are compensated based on billable hours and admin time, with a full-time position (25+ weekly sessions) earning more than $100,000 per year. You'll have the flexibility to build your own schedule and work with the clients you want to see.
