You'll be joining early at an exciting opportunity with scope to expand your own role as Grata's scale expands.

Right now, we're looking for independently licensed therapists who can provide high-quality, longitudinal treatment for people with SUD entirely via telehealth—and serve as clinical supervisors with defined authority for assigned supervisees. This role offers schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the ability to be part of a collaborative care team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based therapy to adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Manage a panel of patients longitudinally through stabilization and ongoing care
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, peer specialists, and more as part of a team-based model
• Participate in case reviews and continuous care improvement discussions
• Deliver care via a modern telehealth platform, supported by Grata’s operations team
• Serve as the clinical supervisor of record for assigned pre-licensed clinicians: direct, review, and evaluate care; provide documented feedback and corrective action; and escalate safety, quality, and scope-of-practice concerns.
• Maintain required supervision records, complete periodic evaluations, and verify experience hours only for supervisees whose work you have directly supervised.

What You’ll Need

• Licensed to practice therapy in Colorado
• Must hold an active Colorado LPC that meets the State Board’s clinical-supervision requirements, or an active Colorado LCSW when supervising LCSW applicants; supervisors may be assigned only to the credential(s) they are authorized to supervise.
• Must have an individual NPI number

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SUD patients preferred but not required to apply
• Comfort using EHRs and telehealth platforms

How We Work

• Remote: You can work from anywhere
• Flexible: Set your own hours, between 10 to 40 per week
• Independent: 1099 contractor model with hourly compensation
• Supported: We manage scheduling, billing, and admin
• Collaborative: Optional clinical consults, peer support, and regular case review
