Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards.
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence based modalities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate case management, discharge planning, and community resource linkage.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions while ensuring confidentiality and technical proficiency in telehealth therapy delivery.

Experience

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) OR
• Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LPCC/LCPC) OR
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
• Active state licensure or immediate eligibility required.
• Proven experience in evidence-based psychotherapy modalities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical documentation standards.
• Prior telehealth experience preferred, with proficiency in virtual platforms ensuring seamless patient care delivery.
