Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Pennsylvania to join our growing mental health practice.
This is a part-time, fully remote 1099 position providing telehealth therapy services to individuals and families. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping others, value quality client care, and enjoy working in a supportive and flexible practice environment.
Associate-level clinicians are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services to clients through telehealth
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, and other appropriate modalities
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals when clinically appropriate
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and developments in behavioral health
Qualifications
- Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Pennsylvania professional license or associate-level license/credential appropriate for providing behavioral health services
- Associate-level clinicians are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families is preferred
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and other psychotherapy modalities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing services independently in a remote/telehealth environment
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and compassionate client care
