• Clinicians with Some Experience: Maybe you’ve developed strong skills but are newer to private practice. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your clinical work, learn the ins and outs of private practice without the stress of running one, and even step into supervisory roles as you continue to grow. You’ll benefit from the wisdom of seasoned colleagues while sharing your knowledge with newer therapists.
• Seasoned Clinicians: At this stage, you shouldn’t have to worry about billing, overhead, or managing a practice. With us, you can focus on what you love - seeing clients, sharing your wisdom, and continuing to learn (because we all do, no matter how long we’ve been in the field). This role offers a wonderful balance of independence, collaboration, and ongoing professional enrichment.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available: Full-time positions are open to clinicians with LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC/LMFT licensure levels. Part-time positions are available only to independently licensed clinicians.

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Fee For Service
• LSW/LAC: $65,000–$75,000 (Full-time range)
• LCSW/LPC/LMFT: $80,000–$120,000 (Full-time range)
• Paid per case, based on client insurance
