Job Description

Pacifica Counseling & Psychiatry is a growing, interdisciplinary private practice in Macon, Georgia, committed to excellence in clinical care, ongoing professional development, and meaningful, relational work with clients.

We are currently seeking therapists at both the associate and fully licensed levels to join our Macon team.

Our Macon office serves clients throughout Middle Georgia and is part of a growing practice with clinicians and providers across multiple locations.

Position Overview

Therapists will:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on clinical interests and competency
• Develop and maintain an outpatient caseload
• Complete timely, ethical, and clinically meaningful documentation
• Participate in consultation and team collaboration
• Engage in ongoing supervision when required for associate-level clinicians
• Develop areas of clinical specialization with support from practice leadership
• Maintain professional, ethical, and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Eligible for or currently holding appropriate Georgia licensure, such as APC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, or other applicable credential
• Ability to practice ethically and independently within the scope of current licensure
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Macon, Georgia

In-person clinical availability is preferred. Hybrid and virtual opportunities may be available depending on licensure, clinical needs, and role.
