Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Overview

Nurture Health Therapy Group is a dynamic mental health practice located in the Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, FL area. We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team with a desire to practice in our well-appointed office space. We are seeking a professional experienced in providing both individual and group therapy to clients age 11+ with various presenting mental health concerns. Our ideal candidate would be committed to providing a warm, authentic, and consistent experience for our clients.

Duties

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with various mental health issues.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in the EHR.
• Comply with any necessary Insurance documentations.
• Collaborate with other therapists, medical providers, schools, and community resources as appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations.
• Maintain active licensure, insurance, and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD).
• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Comfortable using an EHR and telehealth platforms.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week
