Build Your Career in a Different Kind of Behavioral Health Practice

At Nora Mental Health, we believe behavioral healthcare should be personal, compassionate, and evidence-based.

We are looking for a licensed therapist to join our growing practice in Missoula and help us deliver care that goes beyond the traditional therapy session.

Nora combines the personal connection of a local behavioral health practice with the resources and clinical model of Curio Healthcare, giving therapists the opportunity to work within a model designed to make care more specialized, connected, and personalized.

Technology supports the therapeutic relationship rather than replacing it. You remain at the center of care, while the broader Nora and Curio model helps create more continuity, more support between appointments, and more ways for patients to stay engaged in their care.

Why Therapists Choose NoraDo the Work You Became a Therapist to Do

Your time should be spent helping people, not trying to build an entire healthcare infrastructure around yourself.

As part of Nora, you join a growing behavioral health network supported by the broader clinical, technology, marketing, and platform resources of Curio Healthcare.

Depending on the needs and structure of our local practice, that may include support around patient access, scheduling, care coordination, technology, and other operational functions so you can keep more of your attention where it belongs: on your patients.

Practice Within a Connected Model of Care

Therapy is incredibly important. But life does not happen only during a therapy appointment.

The Curio Healthcare clinical model supporting Nora is designed around that reality. Patients can remain connected to their care between sessions through resources such as structured lessons, educational content, skill-building exercises, and ongoing symptom check-ins.

That gives therapists another way to reinforce the work happening in session and helps patients continue engaging with their care while life is happening.

Develop Deeper Expertise

We want our therapists to become experts in the conditions and populations they care for, not feel like they have to be experts in everything.

Nora therapists have access to specialized training and an evolving clinical model designed around specific behavioral health needs and life stages.

The broader Curio platform includes specialized behavioral health programs and is continuing to expand its capabilities across areas such as fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause and menopause, anxiety, insomnia, and support for individuals living with cancer.

You have the opportunity to grow your clinical expertise while remaining part of a practice that serves the broader behavioral health needs of its local community.

Be Part of Something Local and Something Bigger

Nora was built around accessible, community-based behavioral healthcare. Each Nora practice has the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the patients, providers, families, and organizations in its community.

At the same time, Nora Mental Health is part of Curio Healthcare, connecting local practices to a broader behavioral health platform spanning community-based clinics, telehealth, specialized programs, digital support, and patient navigation.

You get the human connection of a local practice without being isolated from the resources and innovation of a larger healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or other populations appropriate to your clinical expertise
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships centered on each patient's needs, goals, and lived experience
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment as clinically appropriate
