Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Seeking skilled and compassionate therapist to join a modern & holistic outpatient psychiatric practice with a revolutionary approach to mental health treatment. We’re looking for individuals who share our values and mission, and are interested in being a part of a collaborative and team-based environment. Our clinic has a focus on root cause medicine & personalized care; we have a variety of treatment offerings available to patients to ensure that those who are struggling have the resources they need to get better, faster. As an organization, we also place strong importance on practitioner wellness and work-life balance.

Therapist duties would include conducting individual and possibly group therapy sessions. Intensive outpatient experience not required but is a plus. Must be trained in and have experience with CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and trauma therapy. EMDR not required but is a major plus. Must be proficient in clinical interviewing and be able to formulate and communicate a BioPsychSocial assessment and therapeutic treatment plan. Room for advancement & additional leadership roles within the clinic if interested. No call required.

Licensure Requirements: Colorado Clinical or Provisional License - (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). If you are currently licensed in another state, you must be able to transfer your license to Colorado before your start date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
