Overview

Join Me Time Therapy, a modern, client-centered mental health practice dedicated to providing high-quality care to young adults and adult women and men across Florida.

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC/LCSW/LPC) to provide psychotherapy services through a hybrid model (telehealth and in-office sessions). This role involves working with a diverse population of young adults and adults presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions and clinical needs.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses using DSM-5 and ICD-10 criteria

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-informed care

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth and in-office settings

• Treat a broad range of diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, grief, and emerging adulthood challenges

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation including treatment plans and progress notes

• Utilize CPT coding (e.g., 90837) for billing

• Provide crisis intervention when needed

• Ensure compliance with Florida regulations and ethical standards

Experience & Qualifications

• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LPC equivalent)

• Experience with young adults and adult populations

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills

• Experience with insurance-based services and EHR systems

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) highly preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage caseload
