Licensed Mental Health Therapist- LPC (Supervisor)

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LPC or LMFT) with at least 5 years of post-licensure experience to provide weekly clinical supervision to our unlicensed therapists and practicum interns from colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly group and individual supervision (5–8 hours/week) to unlicensed therapists within the organization.
• Supervise practicum students and interns from partnering colleges and universities.
• Offer guidance on clinical cases, documentation, and ethical practice.
• Assist in the professional development of supervisees, including skills in trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance with licensure board supervision requirements.

Requirements

✅ Active and unrestricted LPC or LMFT license in Pennsylvania (or eligible for PA telehealth clients).

✅ 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.

✅ Previous experience providing clinical supervision (preferred but not required).

✅ Strong commitment to trauma-informed, culturally competent care.

✅ Excellent communication and mentorship skills.

✅ Ability to maintain clear documentation of supervision hours and feedback.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience. This is a contracted part-time role (5–8 hours/week).
