- Master’s level therapists maintaining an average of 25 client sessions per week could expect to earn approximately $85,000–95,000+ annually, depending on caseload and payer mix.
- Doctoral level therapists maintaining an average of 25 client sessions per week could expect to earn approximately $105,000-$115,00+ annually, depending on caseload and payer mix.
- Full administrative support, including billing, scheduling, insurance credentialing, and client referrals

Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
