Details
- Current, unrestricted State of Arizona license required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Contract position
- Location: Hybrid (On-site in Peoria, AZ and/or remote)
- Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
- Willing to provide 20+ hours of therapy per week
- Preference will be given for candidates with
- - - Bilingual - Spanish
- - - Current health plan credentials
- - - EMDR certified
- - - 3 Years post-licsensure experience

- In-house medical biller to collect payment from clients, coordinate benefits/eligibility, manage claim submission and recovery
- In-house receptionist who responds to telephone, email and internet inquires, schedules intakes and assists with calendaring

Job Type: 1099 Contract
Pay range: $75,000.00 - $100,000 per year
