Autism West Behavioral Partners (AWBP) is seeking a compassionate, licensed mental health therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. This position is perfect for clinicians who would like to start part-time while building a caseload, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as referrals increase.
Whether you're looking to supplement your current practice or are ready to grow into a full-time role, we'll provide the referrals, administrative support, and collaborative environment to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, BCBAs, and other clinicians
- Support clients with a variety of mental health concerns, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns
- Deliver services through a combination of in-person and telehealth appointments
Qualifications
- Active Colorado LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Passion for collaborative, client-centered care
- Experience working with neurodiverse individuals is preferred but not required
- Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services
