We are looking for a compassionate, grounded, and collaborative Licensed Mental Health Therapist- LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD who wants to practice in an environment that prioritizes both client wellness and clinician wellness.

Our beautifully renovated office includes a massage therapy room, functional room for movement therapy, and a somatic self guided room.

Our integrative approach considers the whole person and may incorporate evidence-based psychotherapy alongside mindfulness, body awareness, stress management, lifestyle and wellness practices, and collaboration with other qualified wellness professionals when clinically appropriate.
We also believe the therapist is part of the therapeutic environment. Sustainable clinical work requires boundaries, flexibility, support, and space for clinicians to take care of themselves.
The Role
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide high-quality, ethical, and client-centered mental health services, including:
- Individual psychotherapy
- Group therapy and psychoeducational groups
- Clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Ongoing evaluation of client progress
- Clinical documentation and treatment-plan updates
- Collaboration with other members of the client's care team, when appropriate and authorized
- Participation in clinical consultation and team meetings
- Appropriate crisis/risk assessment and intervention
- Referrals to outside providers or additional levels of care when clinically indicated
Our Ideal Clinician
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fully licensed and in good standing in the State of Hawaii-- LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD
- Warm, compassionate, and emotionally grounded
- Passionate about whole-person mental health
- Comfortable working independently while valuing collaboration
- Curious and open to integrative approaches
- Committed to ethical and culturally responsive care
- Able to maintain strong therapeutic boundaries
- Reliable with documentation and clinical responsibilities
- Interested in continued professional and personal growth
- Comfortable facilitating individual and/or group therapy

Compensation
Estimated annual earnings: $75,000–$110,000+
Compensation is based on a 70% clinician / 30% practice structure net collected revenue.
Earning potential varies based on caseload, schedule, reimbursement rates, client attendance, and services provided.
The practice provides administrative and billing support, referrals, EHR access, and other operational resources to allow clinicians to focus on clinical care.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
