While we welcome therapists who enjoy working across the lifespan, we have an immediate need for clinicians experienced in treating children and adolescents due to a growing referral base and active waitlist.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Conduct parent, family, or couples sessions as clinically appropriate
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans and complete treatment plan reviews
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using SimplePractice
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues when appropriate
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, evidence-based care

Preferred Experience

Experience working with one or more of the following populations or concerns:

• Anxiety disorders
• Depression
• ADHD
• OCD
• Trauma and PTSD
• Behavioral concerns
• Emotional regulation
• Grief and loss
• Parenting concerns
• Autism spectrum disorders
• School-related concerns
• Relationship concerns

Preferred therapeutic approaches include:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Play Therapy
• Family Systems Therapy
• Trauma-Informed Care
• EMDR
• Mindfulness-Based Interventions

QualificationsRequired

• Active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license
• Experience providing psychotherapy
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional documentation skills
• Comfortable using electronic health records (SimplePractice preferred) and Google Workspace
• Ability to maintain approximately 15 clinical hours per week
• Ability to work a minimum of two in-person days each week in Boca Raton
• Evening and/or Saturday availability preferred to meet client demand
