Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LISW, LPCC, LMFT) - W2

Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, independent, and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing practice. This is a W2 position, offering you the ultimate flexibility to build your own schedule while focusing entirely on clinical work.

We handle the boring stuff such as: billing, marketing, and credentialing; so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients heal.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality individual, couple, group, or family therapy (specialties encouraged!).
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic clinical documentation (EHR). We use Jane App (Training will be provided).
• Manage your own caseload and calendar with full autonomy.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a current license in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, LMFT).
• Note: We are currently accepting associate-level clinicians (LPC, MFT, LSW (Masters Level)) at this time.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of mental health experience preferred (not required).
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Experience

• Proven experience in mental health counseling within clinical or community settings, including hospital or outpatient environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with children, adolescents, and families dealing with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Familiarity with crisis management protocols, PTSD care strategies, addiction counseling, and working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong background in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral management, and trauma-informed care.
• Experience conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding systems (ICD-10/ICD-9), and supporting patients through treatment planning processes.
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services and experience documenting clinical notes in compliance with HIPAA standards.
