Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to children, youth, and adults, focusing on trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies. Duties

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide trauma-focused therapy to clients dealing with traumatic experiences or adverse childhood events.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including child and youth therapy, to promote emotional resilience and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with licensing requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and trauma-informed care.

Experience

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LGPC, LGSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) with relevant clinical experience.
• Proven experience in behavioral health settings, including conducting mental health assessments and treatment planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-focused therapy and working with children and youth populations.
• Strong skills in clinical documentation, record keeping, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $72,500.00 - $74,500.00 per year
