Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW or LPCC) to join our dynamic mental health team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to inform treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute situations effectively while ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines, incorporating modalities like applied behavior analysis (ABA), art therapy, dance/movement therapy, or Christian counseling as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using EMR/EHR systems in accordance with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, medical professionals, educators, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients with co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
• Engage in ongoing research and data collection to enhance clinical practices and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with disabilities in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessments, diagnosis coding (ICD-9/10), treatment planning, and clinical documentation standards.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling, and crisis management techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, PTSD care needs, or co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to handle crisis situations effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Telehealth experience preferred; familiarity with HIPAA compliance is essential.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions is advantageous.

Pay: $45.00 per hour
