Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) – Specializing in serving BIPOC Communities | Remote

Transcend Therapy is a minority woman–owned private practice committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to communities of color across Massachusetts. Our work centers on equity, representation, and creating space for both clients and clinicians to show up authentically.

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing fully remote practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who value depth-oriented, culturally grounded therapy and want to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

This is a part-time, fully remote role with a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week, designed for clinicians who want to provide high-quality care without the administrative burden.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via telehealth
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
• Deliver care using a culturally sensitive psychodynamic lens, with CBT, solution-focused interventions and others as appropriate
• Provide trauma-informed and identity-affirming care

Qualifications

• LCSW/LICSW licensed in Massachusetts
• Experience and passion for working with people of color, LGBTQIA+, and marginalized communities
• Values authenticity, reflection, and cultural humility
• Interested in trauma-informed, identity-affirming care
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
