Sommer Psychology Group is hiring independently licensed Indiana therapists who want to develop advanced expertise in treating OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions.

Prior OCD experience is welcome, but not required.

We provide the referrals, administrative support, technology, clinical consultation, and advanced specialty training. You focus on your clients and growing as a clinician.

Become an OCD & Anxiety Specialist. You don't need to arrive as an OCD expert.

Selected clinicians participate in our Post-Licensure OCD & Anxiety Residency Program, a fully funded professional development program designed to help independently licensed therapists build advanced specialty expertise.

Training and professional development include:

• Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)
• Structured OCD and anxiety education
• Clinical consultation and mentorship
• Ongoing professional development

The goal is simple: give talented therapists the training and support needed to become highly skilled OCD and anxiety clinicians.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to adults experiencing OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions
• Maintain approximately 22–25 client sessions per week
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Participate in required clinical consultation, training, and team meetings
• Continue developing advanced competency in OCD and anxiety treatment

Who We're Looking For

You must have:

• An active, independent Indiana LCSW or LMHC license
• A master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience providing psychotherapy
• Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
• Comfort providing telehealth services
• A genuine interest in developing expertise in OCD and anxiety treatment
• Commitment to evidence-based, high-quality clinical care

Previous OCD experience is not required.

We're especially interested in clinicians who enjoy learning, want to develop a defined clinical specialty, and value being part of a collaborative clinical team.

Compensation

This is a W-2 employee position.

Clinical time: $45+/hour

Administrative time: $25/hour

Eligible administrative time includes required documentation, treatment planning, clinical consultation, required meetings, and required training.

Full-time clinicians typically maintain 22–25 client sessions per week, plus eligible paid administrative time.

A Different Kind of Full-Time Therapy Job

We don't believe being a full-time therapist should require seeing 30+ clients every week.

At Sommer Psychology Group, we've intentionally designed this role around a 22–25 client weekly caseload, supported by paid administrative time, provided referrals, dedicated administrative support, specialty training, and clinical consultation.
