Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) – 1099 Independent Contractor

EverBloom Holistic Nursing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our growing outpatient mental health practice in Sacramento, California.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults in a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming practice. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as our patient population continues to expand.

Job Type

• Part-time
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Hybrid (In-Person \& Telehealth)

Pay

$75.00–$100.00 per hour

Expected Hours

10–20 hours per week initially, with the opportunity for additional hours as your caseload grows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and community partners.

Qualifications

• Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license.
• Active NPI.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Enjoy working with children and adolescents (preferred).
• Experience with play therapy is a plus but not required.
• Newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply.
