Integration Counseling is a growing, clinician-centered private practice in Cleveland seeking licensed therapists for two opportunities:

I. Early-Career / Emerging Clinician

We’re looking for a newer clinician who is talented, compassionate, highly motivated, and eager to grow. You don't need decades of experience—you need good clinical instincts, integrity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping people. This is an opportunity to grow with a practice and build your clinical identity.

II. Experienced Therapist — Individuals & Couples

We’re also seeking a seasoned clinician who is confident working with individuals and couples and wants the freedom to practice at the top of their game. Your experience matters here, and we want you to have the autonomy to use it.

We are also developing ketamine and psychedelic integration services and would love to connect with therapists who have training or a strong interest in this emerging specialty.

This is integration therapy—not administering ketamine or psychedelics. Training and opportunities to develop this specialty may be available.

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Ohio clinicians (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW, or equivalent) who are thoughtful, ethical, emotionally intelligent, dependable, and genuinely invested in doing excellent therapy.

We especially value clinicians interested in individual therapy, couples counseling, trauma, mindfulness/buddhist psychology, EMDR, existential work, and integrative approaches.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Flexible

Location: Cleveland, Ohio | In-person & Telehealth

Status: Contract/1099
