Nobility Wellness Services, PLLC is a collaborative private practice offering independently licensed mental health clinicians the opportunity to build a practice that works for them.

Our model is designed for clinicians who want the autonomy of private practice with access to the infrastructure, insurance contracts, billing support, and professional community of an established group practice.

Whether you already have your own private practice, want to transition out of agency or group-practice work, or are looking to expand your ability to accept insurance, Nobility offers a flexible way to grow your practice while maintaining your professional independence.

Clinicians receive 80% of collected session revenue.

Practice Where & How You Want. You don't need to move your existing practice to join Nobility.

Clinicians have the flexibility to provide services:

• From your own private office
• Via telehealth
• From a Nobility Wellness office through optional, affordable office rental
• Through a combination of any of the above

If you already have an established office or private practice, you can continue practicing from your own location while accessing the resources and contracts available through Nobility.

If you prefer telehealth, you can maintain a fully remote caseload.

If you want professional office space without taking on your own commercial lease, furnished therapy offices are available to rent through Nobility at an affordable rate.

Access Our Insurance Contracts

One of the biggest advantages of joining the Nobility Wellness Collective is access to our established network of insurance contracts.

For independently licensed clinicians who are unable to obtain certain insurance contracts independently—or simply don't want to manage multiple individual payer contracts—Nobility provides the opportunity to participate under eligible practice insurance contracts, subject to payer requirements.

You don't have to use every insurance contract.

Depending on eligibility and payer requirements, clinicians may choose to participate with one, several, or all available insurance contracts based on the needs of their individual practice.

This can be especially valuable for clinicians who:

• Have been unable to independently obtain a contract with a particular insurance company
• Want to expand the number of insurance plans they can accept
• Already have some individual insurance contracts but need access to additional payers
• Want to build an insurance-based caseload without independently managing every payer relationship
• Have an established private practice and want to supplement their existing payer network

Nobility provides billing support associated with participating in eligible practice contracts.

Independent contractors maintain flexibility over how they structure their clinical practice, including:

• Schedule and availability
• Caseload size
• Preferred client populations
• Areas of specialization
• Therapeutic approaches within professional scope and competency
• Daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability
• Telehealth and in-person availability
• Which eligible Nobility insurance contracts they choose to participate with

There is no minimum caseload requirement.

You can use Nobility to build your entire private-practice caseload or as a complement to an already established practice.

What Nobility Wellness Provides

Clinicians have access to established private-practice infrastructure and professional resources, including:

• 80% of collected session revenue
• Access to eligible Nobility Wellness insurance contracts
• Professional insurance billing support
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) - Nobility uses Therapy Notes
• Clinical collaboration and peer consultation groups if desired
• Access to a variety of board-approved clinical supervisors for professional consultation and collaborative opportunities
• Practice marketing and clinician profile opportunities
• Administrative and practice technology resources
• Opportunities to develop referral relationships with other clinicians
• A collaborative professional community while maintaining the independence and flexibility of private practice

Optional Furnished Office Space

Need a place to see clients in person?

Nobility Wellness offers optional furnished therapy office rentals at an affordable rate for clinicians who would like access to professional space without maintaining their own commercial lease.

Office rental is optional and separate from the 80/20 compensation split.

Office amenities may include:

• Furnished professional therapy space
• Professional waiting areas
• High-speed internet/Wi-Fi
• Break room and shared common areas
• On-site parking
• On-site bathrooms

Clinicians who already maintain their own office or practice exclusively through telehealth are not required to rent space through Nobility.

Compensation

80/20 Split — Clinicians receive 80% of collected session revenue.

Income is based on individual collected revenue and will vary depending on caseload, reimbursement rates, payer mix, and services provided.

There is no minimum caseload requirement.

Applicable practice expenses, fees, and deductions are outlined in the independent contractor agreement.

Optional office rental is billed separately and is not required to contract with Nobility Wellness.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome independently licensed Minnesota mental health professionals, including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW)
• Licensed Psychologists (LP)
• Other independently licensed mental health professionals who meet applicable requirements

Clinicians with established private practices are welcome, as are clinicians looking to begin transitioning into private practice.

Qualifications

Applicants must maintain:

• Current Minnesota independent mental health licensure
• Education and credentials required by their respective licensing board
• Professional liability insurance
• Appropriate professional and ethical standards
• Timely and clinically appropriate documentation
• Compliance with applicable federal and state laws and professional licensing requirements

Clinical Services

Clinicians provide outpatient psychotherapy within their individual areas of competency and professional scope.

We welcome clinicians with a wide variety of specialties, therapeutic approaches, and populations of interest.
