With a thriving Central Florida practice with two locations: SW Orlando and UCF area. We are building something special. And we want the right clinicians to grow with us.

Who We're Looking For

You're not just qualified, you're passionate.

You:

• Care deeply about your clients and their healing
• Value connection, collaboration, and authenticity

• Are excited about trauma work and relational depth
• You are trained, or will become trained, in EMDR
• Understand the importance of a trauma and attachment focused framework for therapy
• Enjoy working with individuals, couples, families—and maybe especially kids & teens

Bonus points if you're trained in

EMDR, Couples Therapy/Emotion Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Brainspotting or DBT

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Help clients heal trauma and build stronger relationships
• Use (or be trained in) EMDR and other evidence-based modalities
• Build a full caseload within 3–6 months
• Be part of a practice that blends clinical excellence with real human connection
• EMDR training required (within 6 months if not already trained).

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, MFT, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in Florida
• Passion for trauma and relational work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive, compassionate care
