Greencrest is a growing private practice focused on men’s mental health, offering therapy in a unique, non-traditional setting--a golf simulator. Our approach is designed to reduce stigma and help clients feel more comfortable engaging in therapy. With a successful location in Lehi, we are expanding into Salt Lake County.

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual counseling services. You'll have access to a fully equipped golf simulator bay for sessions, scheduling support, and a practice that already has brand recognition and inbound interest.

This is a per-session compensation role, offering flexibility and autonomy in scheduling and caseload development.

Inbound clients provided — you won't be starting from scratch.

Compensation & Scheduling

• $50-$65 per session
• Flexible, self-managed schedule
• Therapists who offer availability during early mornings, evenings, and weekends tend to build fuller caseloads more quickly due to higher client demand

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations and ongoing therapy sessions
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate therapeutic support
• Provide evidence-based interventions and coping strategies
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and foster client engagement
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Provide referrals or additional resources when appropriate

Qualifications (Required)

• Active Utah license (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing individual therapy
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Comfortable working in a non-traditional setting
• Comfortable golfing with clients when appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with men or men’s mental health issues
• Ability to engage clients who may be new to or hesitant about therapy

Work Environment

Sessions are conducted in a golf simulator setting designed to create a relaxed, conversational atmosphere. Clients golf during sessions, and therapists should be comfortable participating when appropriate.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
