Who We're Looking For

Applicants must:

• Hold a current Maryland license or authorization to practice as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT/LMFT, Psychologist, Psychological Associate, or other eligible behavioral health professional
• Reside in the State of Maryland
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and integrity
• Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Be committed to clinical growth and professional development
• Have a strong interest in providing culturally responsive, client-centered care

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish positive, therapeutic, and trusting relationships with clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide evidence-based and clinically appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Continually assess client progress and modify treatment approaches when clinically appropriate.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and discharge summaries.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records within the agency's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Coordinate and follow up with referral sources and community providers when appropriate and authorized.
• Educate and involve family members or other supports in the treatment process when clinically appropriate and authorized.
• Participate in required supervision, clinical meetings, and agency-sponsored trainings.
• Maintain professional boundaries and the highest standards of client confidentiality.
• Comply with agency policies, ethical standards, documentation requirements, and applicable licensing regulations.

Compensation

Fee-for-Service | Competitive Pay

• $50+ per clinical hour: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT, Psychological Associate, and comparable graduate-level licenses
• $70+ per clinical hour: LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT/LMFT, PhD/Psychologist, and comparable independently licensed clinicians
• Paid administrative time
• Paid supervision
• Paid FCCC-sponsored training

Scheduling Expectations

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Hybrid work environment
• 1–2 days of in-office availability required, depending on position and schedule
• Part-time clinicians must maintain a minimum of 10 client contacts per week
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and agency availability
