We serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. As a Christian practice, we offer clients the opportunity to integrate Christian faith, Scripture, and prayer into counseling when desired and clinically appropriate.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy within your areas of competence and interest.
• Help clients heal, grow, and work toward meaningful treatment goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Complete timely and clinically appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams.
• Participate in team meetings, consultation, training, and professional development.
• Integrate Christian faith, Scripture, and prayer when requested by the client and clinically appropriate.
• Contribute to a healthy, collaborative team culture.

Who We’d Love to Meet

We're especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with one or more of the following:

• Children and adolescents
• Couples and families
• Trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety and mood disorders
• EMDR or other trauma-focused approaches
• Christian counseling

You do not need experience in every specialty listed above.

Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Georgia license in good standing.
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, and Licensed Psychologist clinicians are preferred.
• APC, LMSW, and associate-licensed clinicians who are an excellent fit will also be considered.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, compassionate client care.
• Dependable, collaborative, and willing to contribute to a healthy team environment.
• Comfortable working within a Christian, faith-based practice that welcomes and serves clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation & Benefits

$35.00–$52.50 per clinical hour, based on licensure, education, experience, and productivity.

This is a W-2 employee position with additional paid administrative time and benefits.

Your clinical rate is only part of the overall compensation package. Abundant Life also provides the infrastructure and support needed to help you succeed—including referrals, marketing, credentialing, insurance billing, administrative support, office space, professional development support, PTO, and retirement options.
