General Purpose

Minnesota LICSW, LP, LPCC or LMFT required. We are looking for a Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to adults and adolescent clients. Position is a contractor position and allows for great flexibility with regards to work schedule and location of work. This position does require two full days per week in the office providing in-person care to clients who desire this. Additional hours can be completed via remote or in-person.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy with assigned outpatient caseload

• Provide care from a trauma-informed/trauma responsive perspective for clients presenting with trauma symptoms

• Create individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment with assigned patients according to state and federal regulators

• Attend and participate in case consultations per professional best practice standards

• There are opportunities for additional services if desired (such as supervision of mental health practitioners and/or interns)

Education and Experience

• Master’s Degree or higher in Mental Health related programs
• Minnesota Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in individual, family and/or group psychotherapy
• Knowledge of or interest in working with depression, anxiety and/or trauma as well as eating disorders
• Demonstrated knowledge of the impacts of trauma and evidenced based treatment of trauma
• Training and experience with EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (or other trauma oriented approached to care) preferred
• Experience with Family-Based Eating Disorder is helpful if interested in providing services to adolescents with eating disorders
• Familiarity with Christian principles and practices if interested in providing services on the Christian Integration track
• Skilled in clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively on a team

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
