Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide behavioral health services to youth, adults, and families. The therapist will provide counseling, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients in reaching their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Complete behavioral health assessments and treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
• Coordinate care with clients, families, schools, and other providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and consultations.
• Follow applicable clinical, ethical, and licensing requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted Texas license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing behavioral health services.
• Experience working with youth, adults, or families.
• Experience with crisis intervention or behavioral health services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills.
