Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Children

Urban Balance Therapy and Consulting PLLC has recently opened a pediatric location—and we’re excited to grow our team. We’re looking for an experienced clinician who specializes in working with children, adolescents and families to join our collaborative staff at our Growing Minds location.

Clinicians will perform the following duties:

• Provide a confidential, genuine and safe environment
• Establish and maintain strong, effective therapeutic relationships
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Complete all clinical documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Remain current with research, best practices, and developments
• Assist in coordination of supportive services based on clients' needs

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
