Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Carter Care Therapeutic Services is hiring California licensed therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist)!!! This is a fully remote position offering flexible scheduling, administrative support, and consistent client referrals.

Caseload Options

Part-Time: 15+ sessions per week

Full-Time: 32+ sessions per week

Full-time therapists are eligible for our full benefits package

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: Up to $75 per session (based on license and experience)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver virtual face-to-face therapy sessions to individuals
• Maintain timely clinical documentation (within 24–48 hours)
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
• Stay informed on best practices and developments in mental health care

What You Bring

• Active, unrestricted California licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD/PhD
• Confidence in managing your own caseload
• Strong clinical judgment and cultural humility
• Preferred: experience with virtual care or private practice (training available)
