Program Overview
Brighter Path Montgomery is an intensive residential treatment facility providing an array of gender specific, evidenced based and trauma informed services for females, ages 12-18, with serious and/or chronic emotional and/or behavioral management problems that interfere with the child’s ability to function in the family, school and/or community setting outside of a residential environment.
The Job
We are seeking a talented individual to help drive the success of youth in our communities. Under the direction of the Executive Director and/or Clinical Director, the Licensed Therapist will provide clinical and case management service to students and their families. The Therapist assures a high standard of documentation that meets all necessary standards and requirements. This position requires you to be on-call one week per month and be available to provide crisis intervention over the phone as needed.
You must have a Master's degree and be licensed as either an ALC, LBSW, LMSW, or LPC.
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
