Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Blossom Care & Behavioral Health Services is seeking compassionate, dependable and experienced LCSW-C and LCPC therapists to join our behavioral health team.

We are seeking clinicians with experience working with individuals affected by trauma, substance use/addiction, grief and loss, depression, anxiety and other behavioral health concerns.

Positions Available

Full-Time

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year

Part-Time

Compensation: $55,000–$85,000 per year, based on scheduled hours, caseload, licensure and experience

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy to assigned clients

Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans

Provide trauma-informed and person-centered counseling

Support clients experiencing grief, addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, PRP staff and other members of the treatment team

Maintain client confidentiality

Follow professional, ethical and agency standards

Manage an assigned caseload effectively

Qualifications

Active Maryland LCSW-C or LCPC license in good standing

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related behavioral health field

Experience with trauma, substance use/addiction and grief counseling preferred

Experience providing individual psychotherapy

Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Dependable and professional

Outpatient mental health experience preferred

Ability to work effectively with a diverse client population

Pay:

Full-Time: $90,000–$95,000 per year

Part-Time: $55,000–$80,000 per year
