Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Aspire Counseling Services is a mental health practice located in Valparaiso, Indiana. We provide individual and family counseling services and are dedicated to offering high-quality care in an environment that is warm, supportive, and collaborative for both clients and clinicians. We offer administrative support, a steady flow of referrals, and comfortable personal office spaces, and flexible scheduling. We are currently seeking to hire a contract clinician who can maintain a caseload of at least 15 clients per week and is willing to offer some evening or weekend hours to accommodate clients after school or after work. Full licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT is preferred, but experienced clinicians with associate licensure are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• Complete all required documentation—including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans—in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain active licensure and complete required continuing education
• Collaborate with the practice team as needed to support client care and practice operations

Qualifications

• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Comfort working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Experience with couples and families is preferred
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Full licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred; experienced associate clinicians will also be considered

Compensation

• $40–$80 per clinical hour, based on licensure, credentialing, and experience
• Flexible scheduling with autonomy typical of a 1099 contractor role
