Compensation

This is a productivity-based compensation position, allowing you to directly benefit from the growth of your patient panel.

• Full-time clinicians with a consistent daily caseload have the opportunity to earn a six-figure annual income.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility to practice as a Resident/Supervisee in Virginia.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative treatment team.
