Join Our Small, Independently Owned Mental Health Practice

We are a small, independently owned mental health clinic in Farmington, NM, looking for a compassionate and dedicated licensed therapist to join our team.

Our practice specializes in providing individualized mental health care based on the unique needs, circumstances, and goals of each patient. We value quality patient care, professional independence, and creating a welcoming environment for both our patients and our staff.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a predictable Monday–Thursday schedule. No on-call, nights, or weekends.

Areas of Practice

We work with individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including:

• Individual therapy
• Anxiety and depression
• Trauma and PTSD
• Substance abuse and recovery
• Couples counseling
• Children and adolescents
• Other mental health and behavioral health concerns

Licensure Requirements

Applicants must hold an active, independent clinical license, including:

• LCSW — Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• LCP — Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist
• LMFT — Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Licensed Psychologist

Position Details

• Full-time, in-person position
• Location: Farmington, NM
• Monday–Thursday
• Office hours: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Lunch: 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.
• No nights
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities
• Pay: Competitive and based on experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in human services or related field required;
• Licensed in the State of New Mexico
• Two (2) years post-graduate work experience in human services related field preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• New Mexico State independent licensure as a master’s or doctorate level mental health counselor, social worker, or psychologist is required, e.g., LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LAMFT, or LCP. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
