We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dynamic Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT/LMHC) or Registered Mental Health Counselor/Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (RMHCI/RMFTI) who is serious about growing and developing as a private-practice clinician.

Responsibilities
The therapist will be responsible for:
- Managing an ongoing clinical caseload
- Providing high-quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy within their scope of practice
- Completing clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes
- Maintaining consistent communication and follow-up with clients
- Responding appropriately to clients' clinical needs
- Managing scheduling and caseload responsibilities professionally
- Participating in team collaboration, consultation, and professional development
- Maintaining ethical and professional standards of care
The ideal candidate is holistically minded, personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the responsibilities that come with developing a successful private-practice caseload.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Licensed in the State of Florida as an LMHC or LMFT, OR currently registered as an RMHCI or RMFTI
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Commitment to professional growth and development
- Interest in holistic, integrative, and whole-person approaches to mental health
- Ability and desire to build and maintain an approximately 25-client-per-week caseload
Schedule
Approximately 25 clinical hours per week.
The schedule will include a combination of daytime and evening availability and will be determined collaboratively upon joining the Holistic Counseling Group team.
Compensation
Licensed LMFT/LMHC: 60% of collected clinical revenue
Registered RMHCI/RMFTI: Starting at $40 per clinical hour
Employment Classification: W-2
