Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Counseling Associate (LMHC, LMHCA)

Vancouver ADHD and Mood Clinic is looking to hire a full-time licensed mental health therapist or therapy associate to join our private practice and work side by side with our PMHNPs to provide therapy to our medication-management patients. Vancouver ADHD and Mood Clinic, PLLC is an established clinic serving our community since 2019. Our clinic has earned a reputation for providing high-quality, responsible care, with most of our patients referred to us by other medical and mental health professionals in the community.

We are hiring a full-time, 30 hrs/week, fully licensed mental health counselor (LMHC or MSW) or mental health counseling associate (LMHCA) to provide neurodivergence-affirming therapy and executive skills training for our established patients with ADHD, ASD, and/or mood disorders. No experience working with ADHD/ASD is necessary, as in-depth specialized training will be provided in-house. We are a busy practice looking to grow our team to offer wraparound services for our patients.

• Preferred candidates are WA-licensed LMHC(a) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT(a).
• We offer a base salary with additional pay for each contact hour completed.
• Dedicated office space, hybrid schedule, and four-day work week (Tuesday-Friday), no call, no weekends
• No experience working with ADHD/ASD is necessary, as in-depth specialized training will be provided.
• We provide the administrative team to do all your intake screenings, initial scheduling, benefit quotes, billing, collections, and credentialing. We have the patients to fill your schedule.
• We prefer candidates with previous experience or clinical interest working with neurodivergent populations
