Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled LCSW or LPC to join our team in a flexible part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time.
This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who values work-life balance while providing high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services. The position offers a hybrid schedule of up to three days in the office and up to two days remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining meaningful connection with clients and the clinical team.

Flexible scheduling based on client needs and clinician availability
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling based on clinical expertise and client needs.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies and client-centered therapeutic interventions.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
Collaborate with clients and other providers, as appropriate, to support continuity and quality of care.
Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with licensure requirements.
Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and ongoing professional development as needed.
Maintain appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted LCSW or LPC license in the state of Texas.
LPC-Is or LMSWs with 6 months of clinical testing may apply
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
1 year of clinical experience providing behavioral health or psychotherapy services.
Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a clinical team.
Basic knowledge of psychotropic drugs and holistic approaches
Basic knowledge of addiction interventions and 12 step philosophies
Commitment to providing culturally responsive, compassionate, and ethical care.
Ability to provide services both in-office and through telehealth.
