Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC - LMFT - LCSW) part time

Licensed Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a part-time licensed mental health professional to provide mental health and substance abuse individual and group treatment in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a 1099 position. Please know that it will take time to build up a caseload and you may only work one to two hours per day until you have a full schedule. This is an ideal position for someone looking to augment their private practice. This is likely not a good position for someone who is looking to leave a position and have work immediately.

Please Meet the Following Criteria

• Must hold and maintain a current, independent, unrestricted license in the state of Arizona
• Able to function independently
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have strong documentation skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• license to practice independently in Arizona (Preferred)
