Zeal Care is growing our network of behavioral health providers on the Eastside, and we're looking for a licensed Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who wants to run their own practice without carrying the administrative burden alone.

You focus on client care. We handle referrals, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and full practice infrastructure, so you get the autonomy of private practice with the support of a growing network behind you.

What We Handle For You

• Client referrals and intake, we bring you clients, you don't have to market for them
• Credentialing and insurance paneling
• Billing and claims management
• Scheduling systems, EHR setup, Business phone line and address
• Ongoing network growth across the Eastside, which means a growing client base for you

• Your clinical approach and modality
• Your schedule: full-time, part-time, whatever fits your life
• Your caseload and how you build your practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy as applicable to your scope
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approach as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with other providers in the network as needed

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LMHC license in Washington State
• Master's degree in counseling or a related field
• Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms

Work Location: Hybrid — Eastside, WA / Telehealth

Pay: $86,622.73 - $152,276.84 per year
