Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LAC/LPC)

Job Overview

I am a licensed clinical psychologist seeking a thoughtful, motivated LAC or LPC to join my growing private practice in Randolph, New Jersey.

This position offers a supportive and collaborative environment, flexible scheduling, and an emphasis on high-quality clinical work and professional growth. For LACs working toward full licensure, weekly individual supervision is provided at no cost.

Position Details

• Part-time or full-time, W-2 position
• Flexible schedule
• Caseload of approximately 15–25 clients per week
• Minimum of 2 in-person days per week, with availability from 3:00–8:00 PM
• Additional days may be virtual
• Optional Saturday availability
• Weekly individual supervision included for LACs
• Compensation: $50–$65 per clinical session, based on licensure ($50 LAC / $65 LPC)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, as well as family therapy, based on training and comfort level
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field
• Active New Jersey license as an LAC or LPC
• Prior clinical experience preferred
