LICENSED Mental Health Counselor:
KYDS MIAMI THERAPY CENTER is a private practice in Doral, FL and is looking for part-time and full time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our thriving group practice. We are a collaborative group of therapists that work well together in the office. We are looking for clinicians to work at least three to four days a week. Therapist must have experience working with kids, teens and/or families. Ideal therapist should be available in the Evenings 3pm to 7:30pm and from 9am-2pm on Saturdays. Steady referrals to build your ideal case load.
We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. We hire as independent contractor and pay in a productivity-based percentage. Our schedule is flexible. We use Electronic EHR.
TASKS:
-Notes within 24 hours after session
-Initial assessment within 72 hours of encounter
-Feel confident diagnosing clients
-Create Treatment Plan within the second session.
-All pertinent Mental Examination done within the first three sessions.
-Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
-Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, and evidenced-based treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
-Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
- Involve and advise family members when appropriate
-Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary
-Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress
-Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
