Licensed LMHC / LCSW Interns

Location: Doral, FL

Our well‑established Psychiatry and Counseling practice is seeking licensed LMHCs Interns. Candidates may be fluent in English or Spanish, though Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. Fluency in both languages is considered a plus. We provide outpatient psychiatric and psychological services—including individual, couples, and family therapy—to a diverse client population.

Responsibilities

• Establish open communication with individuals experiencing mental or emotional challenges
• Support clients with substance use issues
• Deliver prevention‑oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with other treatment providers
• Ensure timely completion of documentation using AdvancedMD

Qualifications

• Florida licensure as a LMHC Interns or CSW interns
• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline
• Fluency in Spanish preferred; English fluency accepted
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
