Licensed Mental Health Counselor Employee/w2 Position

• Mental health office seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide mental health therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Counselor must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
• This is an employee position meaning you will receive a w2 at the end of the year for tax purposes. No more quarterly tax payments if you accept this position!
• Counselor will have flexibility in setting their schedule.
• Counselor will be requested to build and maintain a caseload size of at least 12 scheduled clients per week and may increase to comfort level beyond 12.
• This position requires counselor to have their own cell phone and computer (for documentation purposes & virtual sessions).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $66.00 per hour
