Reports To: Practice Owner / Clinical Director

Job Summary We are a growing clinician-owned private practice located in a large, modern office with a waiting room adjacent to the Platte River. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time Counselor to join our wellness-focused team. This hybrid position offers flexibility, paid clinical supervision, ongoing training, and the opportunity to help grow programs, including experiential groups and women's and men's groups. Availability for 1-3 weekday evenings and one weekend day per week is required. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills and enjoys both individual and group therapy. Leadership opportunities are available as the practice continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities -

Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a hybrid setting

Help develop and grow the practice's group program

Collaborate with parents, schools, psychiatrists, and medical providers as appropriate - Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses (including dual diagnoses), and develop treatment plans

Use standardized tools such as the BDI, DASS, PHQ-9, and GAD-7

Utilize integrated EHR features for scheduling, secure client messaging, documentation templates, and clinical assessments

Participate in paid weekly clinical supervision, staff meetings, and CEU training

Contribute to optional wellness events such as retreats and therapeutic workshops

Qualifications - Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Counselor

Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing

NPI number (Required)

Ideally, a minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience

Experience facilitating group therapy preferred

Comfortable using or learning AI-supported documentation and EHR platforms

The following are a plus: - Experience counseling adolescents - Play therapy experience with children - Substance use assessment and treatment experience - Eligible to provide clinical supervision
