Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults through individual, family, and group therapy. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care in both in-person and telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field (required).
• Active Florida LCSW or LMHC license in good standing.
• Must be actively credentialed with one or more commercial insurance providers (e.g., Optum, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar Health, or equivalent).
• Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies, including CBT and trauma-informed care.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic assessments utilizing ICD-10-CM criteria.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs and treatment goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, grief counseling, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and other clinically appropriate interventions.
• Deliver behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults in both office-based and secure telehealth settings.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Perform crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments while ensuring client safety and continuity of care.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries within the electronic health record (EHR/EMR).
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, state licensing requirements, payer documentation standards, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
