Position Overview

We are seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, and/or ATR) to join our passionate and collaborative team. This role is ideal for professionals who are committed, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services in accordance with CT laws and professional ethical codes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with providers and engage in case management as needed
• Primarily treat children and adolescents (experience with youth is essential)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 30 clients per week
• Trauma certification (preferred)
• Experience with expressive arts therapy (preferred)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (flexible hours)
• Weekend hours available but not required

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Active CT license: LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMFT, or ATR
• Ability to pass a background check
