Foothills Counseling & Wellness LLC is looking for 1-2 amazing mental health counselors to help us meet the needs of our constant stream of client referrals!

What we offer you as a mental health therapist is the autonomy and flexibility for you to set your own schedule for part time or full time. The model is a 40% / 60% split with the therapist keeping 60% of the total revenue they bring in, which averages out to about $77-$83 per 60 minute session. Therapists are also paid for missed appointments and no shows.

We provide insurance panel credentialing and offer a private practice setting where you will be able to focus on your clients' needs while we take care of all the administrative tasks. Office support is provided which includes: handling client communication (calls, emails, texts), scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and much more!

As a mental health counselor, you will be required to provide/complete psychotherapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans along with completing clinical notes/required paperwork in a timely manner while following HIPAA privacy laws.

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH:

• Three years or more of post-master’s degree experience in mental health counseling.

• EMDR training/experience is preferred, but not required.
